How do the commission tiers work?
Every partner starts at 10% (Starter). Each calendar month we total your approved GMV — when it crosses a tier threshold, your rate auto-upgrades for the next month. Your rate never drops mid-month.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run monthly via ACH or PayPal, on the 15th, for all commissions earned in the prior month that have cleared the 30-day refund window. Minimum payout balance is $50.
What's the attribution window?
30 days. A click on your link drops a cookie; if the customer purchases within 30 days, the sale is credited to you — even across multiple visits or devices when signed in.
Are there products I can't promote?
All listed catalog products are eligible. Promotional content must remain research-use-only — no medical or therapeutic claims, no dosing protocols for human use.
Can I use my own coupon code on my orders?
Your personal discount equals your commission tier: 10% at Starter, 15% at Silver, 20% at Gold, 25% at Platinum and 35% at Diamond. Tiers are based on your lifetime referred sales (GMV), so the discount grows with your production. Use your current monthly code from your dashboard with your affiliate email. One discounted one-time personal order per calendar month (Mountain Time); merchandise must be $1,000 or less before discounts, tax and shipping. No subscriptions or combining discounts.
